We offer a variety of Group Fitness options to suit clients of every fitness level and age. Our Group X Trainers are enthusiastic, professional and are invested in guiding their clients to achieve the results they desire. Class sizes are maintained at a level that allows for safe and effective instruction, so that injuries are prevented, and proper technique is followed. Currently, we offer start-end Boot Camps as well as a couple on-going, regularly scheduled classes, such as EFX and Silver Sneakers.
We have designed our Boot Camps to accommodate a variety of schedules, goals, abilities and comfort levels. Choose between a 4-week, 6-week or 8-week camp! Feel more comfortable in a women-only class, we have that too! Clients as young as 10 years old may also participate, along with their parent/guardian.
