Yes, we have men's and women's locker rooms. Both include the following:

Please do, guests are always welcome! We offer discounted day passes for friends of our members. Or, bring them on Wingman Wednesday for FREE!
WINGMAN WEDNESDAY: Every Wednesday, members can bring a friend for free to check us out. (must live within 25miles of the club).
Guests as young as 10 years old can workout. Ages 10 to 15 must be with a parent/guardian. Ages 16+ can workout alone.
Signing contracts and waivers: Must be 18 to sign. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must sign your waiver for a day pass, or contract when you join.
Cancelling your membership requires a signature and 30 days written notice, prior to your next billing date. A verbal request is not an authorized way to cancel. Only Primary Members may authorize a cancellation on their account. Only authorized team members are able to process cancellations, so it's best to schedule an appointment by calling ahead or submitting online HERE.

If you are only taking a break and may want to return, you can always FREEZE your membership as well. Details HERE.
Members can self manage their accounts on the Free Member App! Make sure you have the newest version downloaded. You will need to have a link emailed to you in order to login to the App. If you need a new link, please call or stop by the front desk.
The front desk will not be able to take payments or update billing info. If you need assistance, please see management.
Remember: if you have additional members on your account, you will need to update payment methods and make payments separately on their App account.
We need to have you meet with our Fitness Director! They will conduct a Health and Fitness Assessment, discuss your goals, health history, any limitations and your availability to determine the best Trainer and package for you. We have In-Person Training, Online Training and Coaching available.
