At EveryDay Fitness, we believe a great gym should give you more than just a place to work out. It should give you the equipment, options, and environment you need to keep progressing toward your goals.

That is why we continue to invest in our strength training floor and bring new equipment to our Redding fitness community.

We’re excited to introduce several new pieces of Atlantis Strength equipment to EveryDay Fitness, including the Pendulum Squat Pro, Belt Squat, Incline T-Bar Row, Power Rack, and Incline Hyper Extension Pro.

Whether your focus is building strength, adding muscle, improving your overall fitness, or simply bringing more variety into your workouts, these additions provide even more ways to train at EveryDay Fitness.

Atlantis Pendulum Squat Pro

The new Atlantis Pendulum Squat Pro gives members another powerful option for lower-body training.

The machine uses a variable-resistance design intended to provide a smooth strength curve throughout the movement. It is also counterbalanced, reducing the starting resistance to approximately 45 pounds and making it approachable for a wider range of users.

One of the standout features is its large, non-skid footplate, which can be adjusted from approximately 34 to 47 degrees. Changing foot position and footplate angle gives members additional flexibility when setting up their squat.

The Pendulum Squat Pro also includes front and rear resistance-band pegs, an easy-to-use pivoting handgrip for racking the machine, and integrated weight storage.

For anyone who takes leg training seriously, this is an exciting new addition to the EveryDay Fitness floor.

Atlantis Belt Squat

Squatting doesn’t always have to mean placing a barbell across your shoulders.

The new Atlantis Belt Squat allows resistance to be loaded through a belt around the hips, giving members the ability to perform a squat movement without directly loading the shoulders and back.

That makes the Belt Squat an extremely useful addition to a comprehensive lower-body training program.

Atlantis designed the machine with four belt attachment points and includes the belt with the machine. A safety bar moves out of the way once the user begins the lift, while large non-skid rubber footplates help provide a stable platform throughout the exercise.

The machine also includes convenient plate storage.

For members looking for another way to challenge their legs or simply add variety to their squat training, the Belt Squat opens up an entirely different training option.

Atlantis Incline T-Bar Row

A strong training floor needs plenty of options for your back, too.

The Atlantis Incline T-Bar Row is a plate-loaded rowing machine designed to provide a smooth, controlled rowing movement while giving members multiple ways to position their hands.

Its multiple handgrips allow for narrow, neutral, wide, and underhand grip positions, making it possible to change the feel of the exercise and add variety to back training without changing machines.

Atlantis uses a universal bearing assembly to create smooth multidirectional movement, and integrated weight-storage horns keep plates conveniently located at the machine.

Whether you’re building a dedicated back workout or incorporating rows into a full-body strength program, the Incline T-Bar Row gives you another serious option.

Atlantis Power Rack

Some pieces of equipment earn their place on the gym floor because of just how much you can do with them.

The new Atlantis Power Rack is one of those pieces.

Constructed with heavy-duty 3-inch by 3-inch, 11-gauge steel uprights, the rack is designed for the demands of a commercial training environment. Laser-cut adjustment holes are positioned at 2-inch intervals on all four sides of the uprights, providing plenty of flexibility when setting up for different exercises.

The rack comes equipped with V-style bar catches, flip-down safety arms, and eight premium weight-storage horns.

From squats and presses to rack pulls and countless other barbell movements, a quality power rack remains one of the foundations of strength training. Adding another commercial-grade Atlantis rack gives EveryDay Fitness members even more room and flexibility to train.

Atlantis Incline Hyper Extension

Rounding out these new additions is the Atlantis Incline Hyper Extension, giving members another dedicated station for posterior-chain training.

The unit features an adjustable angle and adjustable calf pad, allowing members to find an appropriate setup based on their height and intended movement. Atlantis also increased the height of the unit to accommodate taller users and support a fuller range of motion.

Resistance-band pegs come standard, providing an easy way for members to add another form of resistance as they progress.

For members incorporating hyperextensions and posterior-chain work into their programs, this gives them another purpose-built piece of equipment instead of having to improvise the movement elsewhere in the gym.

More Equipment. More Training Options. One Local Gym.

The biggest benefit of adding these five pieces isn’t simply having more machines on the floor.

It is having more ways to train.

Different members have different goals, experience levels, physical needs, and exercise preferences. Creating a well-rounded fitness facility means providing enough variety for people to find the training methods that work best for them.

The Pendulum Squat Pro and Belt Squat expand lower-body training possibilities. The Incline T-Bar Row adds another dedicated back movement. The Incline Hyper Extension Pro gives members a new posterior-chain training station. And the Power Rack expands one of the most versatile areas of any strength-training floor.

Together, they represent another investment in the quality and variety of the EveryDay Fitness training experience.
