This general fitness class is centered around high intensity functional training. The movements used are not complex and weight is used in every class. The sessions are programmed to increase aerobic and muscular endurance while building strength. Exercises used are focused on High Reward and Low Risk. Proper technique and safety is the top priority. This program will increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance levels. Ideal for those looking for a fantastic well rounded workout routine.
