Barbell Blast is a class designed around the Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and body weight exercises. This is a strength concentrated class, where form and technique are the focus during class. You will not only learn the movements, but will build muscle and tone the body. Building muscle is an integral part of any health and fitness journey; if you're not building muscle you're missing out on a big piece of a healthy life. Have an injury? Barbell Blast is at a slow enough pace so that all exercises can be modified to fit your limits.
