Let’s take it OLD SCHOOL and go back to steps, dumbbells and fun music! Remember the 80’s & 90’s workouts?
In this camp we will work out to the beat of the music in unison, creating a fun and high intensity, full body workout. Steps, dumbbells, bands, balls and TRX will be front and center in this camp. All fitness levels welcome.
