Bring Your Own Body.
Using one’s body for building strength is the oldest form of exercise we have.
This class will teach you to utilize your own body weight to strength train by providing resistance against gravity. Body weight exercises can enhance a range of biomotor abilities including strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Moving slow and the use of proper form make this type of workout extremely difficult but also rewarding. Think of this camp as a conversation between you, the floor and gravity. All fitness levels welcome.
